This Privacy Policy explains how Game Hub (“the app”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the app. By using the app, you agree to the practices described below.

1. SUMMARY

• We do not ask you to create an account.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
• Game progress and settings are stored only on your device.
• The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob, which may collect certain device information (see Section 3).
• You can remove all ads forever with a one-time in-app purchase processed by Google Play (see Section 4).

2. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

The app saves some data locally on your device so it works the way you expect. This includes:

• Sound on/off preference
• Game progress, levels unlocked, scores and best scores
• Whether you have purchased “Remove Ads”

This data is stored using Android’s local storage (SharedPreferences). It is not sent to us and is not accessible to other apps. It is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear the app’s data in your device settings.

3. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)

The app uses Google AdMob to display banner ads, interstitial (full-screen) ads, and rewarded ads. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and use information from your device, such as:

• Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Device and operating system details (model, OS version, language, screen size)
• App interaction and ad interaction data (ad views, clicks, crashes, diagnostics)
• Cookies or similar identifiers

We do not receive or have access to this personal information. It is collected directly by Google under Google’s own privacy policies:

Your ad choices:

• You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization in your Android device settings (usually under Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Settings > Google > Ads).
• You can stop seeing ads in this app entirely by purchasing “Remove Ads” (see Section 4). Once ads are removed, the app no longer loads or displays ads.

4. IN-APP PURCHASE (REMOVE ADS)

The app offers a one-time, lifetime in-app purchase called “Remove Ads”, processed by Google Play Billing.

• Payments are handled entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your credit card, bank, or other payment details.
• Google Play provides the app with confirmation that the purchase was made so that ads can be turned off. We store only a simple “ads removed” status on your device.
• If you reinstall the app or use a new device with the same Google account, you can get your purchase back automatically; the app checks your purchases with Google Play when it opens.
• Refunds and purchase issues are handled according to Google Play’s policies. If a purchase is refunded, ads may return.

5. ONLINE GAMES AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

Some games or sections of the app load content from third-party websites (such as www.9neet.com) inside a built-in browser (WebView). When you use this content:

• The third-party website may use cookies and may collect information under its own privacy policy.
• We do not control the content or data practices of third-party websites. Please review their policies.
• You can clear cookies and website data used by the app by clearing the app’s storage in your device settings.

6. INTERNET AND NETWORK ACCESS

The app uses internet access to display ads, to load online game content, and to communicate with Google Play for purchases. The app also checks whether your device is online (network state permission) so it can show the right screens and messages. We do not use your connection to collect personal data.

7. PERMISSIONS

The app requests only these permissions:

• INTERNET: to show ads, load online content and connect to Google Play
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: to check whether you are online

The app does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, files, SMS, or precise location.

10. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf. All data stored by the app is on your device and can be removed by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app. Data held by Google (for example ad-related data or purchase records) is managed by Google; you can control it through your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com.

11. DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable steps to protect the information the app handles. Local data is kept in the app’s private storage, which other apps cannot access. Payments and ad data are handled by Google using its own security measures. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live (for example, the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to opt out of personalized advertising. Since we do not hold personal data about you, these requests mostly relate to data held by Google, which you can manage through your Google Account and device ad settings. 13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed. Changes take effect when they are posted in the app or on our website. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
